Delivery & Returns

All merchandise are non-refundable.
Exchange with receipt is accepted within 7 days only.
Any goods can only be exchanged once.
No exchange is allowed for used, damaged and altered goods.
Delivery Time : Purchased item will be delivered to designated commercial/residential address within 7 working days (except Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays) after receive Order Confirmation email.
Order cut-off time is 11:00pm on every working day (except Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays); orders made after 11:00pm will be considered as order made on the following working day.
Each order is for one delivery location (commercial/residential area) in Hong Kong and Macau; no delivery service for restricted areas and outlying islands.
Attention : If the delivery address is a residential address, please do not write company name on the recipient information.
For any unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information provided, Lai Wah Footwear Trading Limited will not be responsible for any refund. In case the order have been returned, additional surcharge will be applied for re-delivery.
In case of disputes, the decision of Lai Wah Footwear Trading Limited shall be final.

所有貨品均不可退款。
憑單據可於7天內換貨。
所有貨品只可更換一次。
已穿著使用、損耗或更改的貨品均不可換貨。
送貨時間：貨品將於訂單確認電郵發出後的7個工作天內(不包括星期六、日及公眾假期)安排送遞。
每日截單時間為下午11時正; 下午11時後的訂單將於下一個工作天處理。
每張訂單只接受一個香港及澳門商業/住宅地址送貨點；送貨範圍不包括禁區及離島。
請注意: 若收件人地址為住宅地址,請不要在收件資料填寫公司名稱。
如因訂購人提供不全面或不正確之資料而導致送遞遺失，Lai Wah Footwear Trading Limited 將不會負上任何責任及不會退還已繳付之款項。如被退回，而要再次送遞，需收取額外附加費。
如有任何爭議，Lai Wah Footwear Trading Limited 將保留最終決定權
