Exchange with receipt is accepted within 7 days only.
Any goods can only be exchanged once.
No exchange is allowed for used, damaged and altered goods.
Delivery Time : Purchased item will be delivered to designated commercial/residential address within 7 working days (except Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays) after receive Order Confirmation email.
Order cut-off time is 11:00pm on every working day (except Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays); orders made after 11:00pm will be considered as order made on the following working day.
Each order is for one delivery location (commercial/residential area) in Hong Kong and Macau; no delivery service for restricted areas and outlying islands.
Attention : If the delivery address is a residential address, please do not write company name on the recipient information.
For any unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information provided, Lai Wah Footwear Trading Limited will not be responsible for any refund. In case the order have been returned, additional surcharge will be applied for re-delivery.
In case of disputes, the decision of Lai Wah Footwear Trading Limited shall be final.
